Started in Nevada in late 1993…First Choice Business Brokers started as a husband and wife team with Jeff and Linda Nyman operating out of a small office in Las Vegas in late 1993. Jeff and Linda had a strong background in business with many years experience in a variety of fields, before they started. This knowledge, background and experience were the founding principles upon which First Choice Business Brokers was created.In 1994 they personally completed 47 business sale transactions. It became obvious from the very beginning that they had a unique system for this business. The following year they began recruiting agents and many of the first agents are still with them today! Currently the Las Vegas office has 38 agents as at March 2007, and has listed over 2.5 billion dollars worth of businesses over 13 years. Franchising…In 2005 Richard Giannini joined with Jeff and Linda to franchise their successful brokerage firm. With a strong background in franchising, training and business coaching, a franchise system was created, whereby anyone with the right background could go from knowing nothing about business brokerage to operating a franchise successfully.In June 2006, First Choice Business Brokers had their first franchisees come on board. First Choice Business Broker franchises are now available in almost every state of the United States, and Master Franchises are available in select countries around the world.
